By accessing and using this website or engaging our auto repair services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Service Estimates
Estimates provided are approximate and based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary depending on discoveries made during diagnosis or repair. We will always contact you before proceeding with any additional work that would exceed the estimate by more than 10%.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service completion
- We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks
- Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee
4. Warranties
We offer a 90-day warranty on all labor performed. Parts are covered under the manufacturer is warranty, which varies by supplier. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
5. Vehicle Storage & Liability
- Vehicles left for more than 30 days without contact may be subject to storage fees
- We carry liability insurance, but customers are encouraged to maintain their own comprehensive coverage
- Personal items left in vehicles are not our responsibility

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grimanis Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Temple, Maine.
