Started from a Dream and a Wrench Set
Back in early 2012, Marcus Grimanis was working at a chain auto shop downtown. He was good at it - really good. But something was missing. The corporate quotas, the upselling pressure, the rotating door of customers who never saw the same face twice. That's not how car repair should work, he thought.
So Marcus took a leap of faith. He found a modest space on Day Mountain Road, brought in his grandfather's old wrench set that still hangs in the shop today, and hung out a shingle. The goal was simple: fix cars right, charge fair prices, and treat people like neighbors instead of numbers.
Those early days weren't easy. The first winter was brutal - frozen pipes, slow business, more than one moment of "what have I done?" But word got around. Folks appreciated that Marcus would actually show them the worn brake pads instead of just handing them an invoice. They liked that he'd call before doing extra work, not after.
Growing the Team, Maintaining the Values
As demand grew, Marcus knew he couldn't do it alone. But he also refused to compromise on quality. Every technician who joined the team shared the same philosophy: honesty first, quality always.

Started this shop back in 2012. 20+ years turning wrenches. Specializes in engine rebuilds and diagnostics. When not working, he's probably restoring his 1967 Mustang.

ASE-certified since 2018. Our brake and suspension specialist. Known for thorough inspections that catch problems before they become emergencies.
